And...Im back!

To weight watchers that is. I know...I should be a pro by now but alas...I am proving that I am not too good at this!

So I started today. I knew it was coming and wanted to get through the CHINESE FOOD GLORY that is our new years tradition!

I would like to lose 35lbs by April 25th. I think it is a pretty realistic goal, but I am nervous because I have alot of work related goals. I am a one track goal minded girl and I don't want to compromise my work goals for my ww goals. I would like to try to find a healthy balance of the two. But...I don't really do balance well.

So, here I go!!!

Good luck! I'd be happy to lose 10 pounds but I don't really have a plan so that tends to be a downfall of mine.

Happy New Year!

Baby steps, right?

Just for my own journey towards health, is this weight you've gained back? Or additional weight that you wanted to lose from when you stopped before?

P.S. Are you doing "Momentum"? Could you tell me more about it?

I hit my goal of 149 in April. Since then I have focused on work and driving towards my goals with my new business. So, yes this is weight that I have gained back...and then a little more.

I am doing momentum. Weight watchers has basically come up with a list of foods that will be more filling thus making it easier for you to stay on plan.

I don't have all the details but it seems like you are still doing points but have a list of foods that they highly recommend.

I will go to my first meeting tomorrow morning and Sally will tell me more!

Thanks for the update!

Do you wish you would've kept going to meetings? Is there something you could've done differently to maintain your weight during that really BUSY season of life? I sometimes worry about that myself. Will I just get lazy/busy/stressed and not be able to keep up with healthy eating?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but I know you're really great about sharing things you've learned & what works/doesn't work for you!

Can't wait to share in your successes :>)

I am not on weight watchers, but I would like to lose about 20 pounds by March. We will see. Maybe we can encourage one another!

Becki- I hit my goal weight long after I had stopped going to meetings. Actually, I stopped in January and hit goal in April...so I was still able to maintain my points/workouts to hit my goal.

I thought I knew everything there was to know...and I did...but then I got CRAZY busy and focused more on Uppercase than weight watchers.

So, this time around is a bit harder. I really want to hit my goals for Uppercase AND weight watchers and that is REALLY hard for me. I don't know how to balance all of this. I usually let something fall and both of these goals matter ALOT!

Oh and I think I started rewarding myself for reaching my goals with Uppercase by eating foods that I wasn't eating before.

That is probably something that I would like to change this time around.

Courtney- I would love to encourage each other! You are a ROCKSTAR!!!!! LOL!
