Awhile ago I went on a girls night out to Chicago with some of my friends. We stayed at some hotel(I can't remember), and ate at the melting pot downtown. It was great and much needed when you always have little ones at your feet. Here are some of the pics!
I LOVED the melting pot! I wish we had one closer and it will be the next "special" place that Sean and I go. It helps that I have been there now and that there were cheeses that we liked better than others and chocolates that we liked better than others.
My best advice is to stick with one of their classic cheeses and chocolates. Don't go fancy. They are classics for a reason.
Oh and use the vegetable broth for cooking your food. The oil is touchy for times and adds fat!

Looks like you ladies had a great time! It is good to get away!
April has that look in her eye that says, "Wow I can't believe my Dad let me stay up past 10:00." Also who took the photo of the 5 women? Jilly Beans?
Actually we let some random stranger take the picture...crazy right?
What a blast! Ya'll look like you're having so much fun :>)
How was the Melting Pot? I've heard mixed reviews....
